Detailed Analysis: This is quite old fake message being in circulation since 2013. According to the viral message the colored bar at the bottom of a toothpaste signifies the content present in the toothpaste like the amount of Chemical content present in the toothpaste.

The truth is that the colored bar at the bottom of the tubes do not represent the content present inside the toothpaste. They are used as a part of packaging process to identify the different task to be performed.  The marks tell packaging machines when to perform certain tasks such as cutting or crimping tubes. The printed marks that can be read by light beam sensors and typically identify where product packaging is to be cut or folded as connected units stream through machinery at high speed.
