They said, we are struggling with our rights and freedom. We will only negotiate with the central government. We are not interested in negotiating with Mamta Banerjee and her Trinamool Congress government.

Due to the demand for separate Gorkhaland state, there has been a widespread clash between GJM activists and police on Saturday in Darjeeling, which has been running for the last 10 days. One person died and 35 security personnel, including an assistant commandant of the India Reserve Battalion (IRB), were injured in all this.
